Spring is always a great time for renewal and new changes and I have a big change to share with you: I have moved to a new Real Estate brokerage - Dakota Plains Realty! With the move to Dakota Plains comes an opportunity to expand my service offerings to include not only residential and lakes real estate, but also farm/ranch, hunting land, lake to recreational land, auctions to lease management. It boils down to better access to properties for my buyers and even more exposure for my sellers.
The real estate market continues to thrive! Thanks to a milder winter and consistently low mortgage interest rates compared to last year, activity did not slow down throughout the winter season, defying the typical slowdown. There are plenty of buyers out there for the property you want to sell!

If you are thinking of making a move or expanding your real estate portfolio this year, please reach out! I would love to hear from you!

On the Road Again!
March was been a busy month on the road for me, cruising up and down the Red River Valley. I always say I have the best office views from my windshield! We also tried out a new Mexican restaurant in Fargo and made it to the famous Oyster Feed put on by the Walhalla Firemen - if you've never been, it is worth it!
